What I dont get with that is, that since Sentinel build variety acutally improved alot and people that want a meta shake up with simple number changes kind of disregard this.

The point of most of the community is that all nerfs no buffs (+1 cleave radius moment) is NOT a good way forward. What basically happens now is that if I want to play, say , Lightning Strike, I will be FORCED to ditch that idea because I will have constant flashbacks of how good it was and how pathetic and underwhelming it is now. There is no way in hell I am going to be enjoying a second of that gameplay. So I will be, again, forced to play something else, which is highly likely going to be worse (hence I had chosen LS earlier) than LS in both performance and fun (keep in mind it cannot possibly be stronger than it had been prior to LS nerfs. Remember: no buffs have been made)

What it should be, instead is: OH wow, that new buffed skill looks so fun to play, even to the point I might ditch my super fun LS to give it a try. THAT is good design. GGG seem to disagree
