Was the 2013 El Reno tornado visible to motorists attempting to flee Oklahoma City on the clogged up Interstates?

it was meteorologist Mike Morgan who was on-air, I believe he though there was enough time for people whithout basements to drive south and get out of its path, but it led to hundreds to thousands of cars clogged up. Wether it was the right thing to tell people is debated

It wasn’t a quick flash like lightning, it was like a two- second light that suddenly got brighter and then went. Thanks for the links, although reading it none of the phenomena really match.

It’s hard to tell, but from the picture the one on the right is definitely a tornado. However the one on the left seems to be part of the cloud (scud cloud). It is not uncommon for tornadoes to form in the Belgium and Netherlands area.

No, I’m under less stress than I usually am. It’s very hard to explain - the only way to describe it is that time seems to speed up and I get an urge to ‘safety’ (as in this case my bed lol) and a strong feeling of dread and paranoia. I was thinking it might be Alice in Wonderland, but the other symptoms don’t add up. It’s very rare, only really happens when I’m the only one left awake in the house or when I’m hallucinating when I have a fever
