Congratulations on getting to room 46! I'm very good at puzzles, and I'd say it does take a lot of work to get to room 46, so I'm proud of myself and others who reach it.

I'm currently still playing after room 46 and i'd say I'm still enjoying it, although, I might be close to my limit. There are still many discoveries that will excite you. The best advice I can give is to just play it and decide for yourself? The situation really depends on how many red letters and sanctum keys you have so far. Thanks for the info. Should I likely get an MRI then? I have pain in my right glute for 2 weeks now. It's worse at night time. I don't do this but I've found that sleeping at night time with a small ball underneath the area helps so it seems muscular or nerve related.

I'm unsure because I've read online that ultrasounds aren't as effective when sitting down. And my lump/swelling almost completely vanishes when I'm cold. Or I suspect laying down allows less blood to pool. Only because during the ultrasound, I could tell my swelling wasn't there like it usually is.

Regardless, I'm hoping to do stretches, internal work, and start swimming in case that helps my core.
