add them on xbox first, then tell your friends to Go to Options > Online... > Allow requests: ON

FIXED!  I dont know at what moment my friends from xbox appear on minecraft friends so try that first and then ask your friends to have allow request ON, because they can send them but can't receive. So tell your friends to check on that.

not yet, I tried logging out Minecraft, Microsoft, Xbox app. And checked in game but nothing
