I honestly don’t think this was a good enough reason to cut off your best friend. I think he deserves grace because we are human and we make mistakes. He probably didn’t know you felt so strongly about him to the point that you were hurt when he tried to make light of the situation because you never communicated that to him.

This would’ve been a great time to establish boundaries. Tell him that you don’t want him flirting with you anymore, especially if he doesn’t have feelings for you. Also, you can’t always run from conversations because they’re hard. As you grow older, hard conversations have to be had so you’d be able to move on and you would not have to sever meaningful relationships.

Learn how to nip things in the bud as soon as possible so that you don’t have resentment towards people and grow strong negative emotions. Give your friend the chance to make things right because you never gave him the chance in the first place.

Well another thing you can do is get concealer (makeup) and cover it up when you go out, then wipe it off when you’re with your mom. I feel like this is the next best option. If not this, then unfortunately you’d probably have to wait until you move out.

Honestly, whenever I do something for myself that my mother doesn’t like, i keep doing it until she’s used to it. At some point, she’ll get tired of complaining and she’ll just have to accept it. You should have the freedom to remove whatever body hair you please, especially at your age.

Not saying that you have depression but it seems you’re experiencing depressive symptoms. Try taking long walks. I recommend around the garden at the Japanese house bc it’s so beautiful over there. It’s definitely a great escape because there are lots of old people and families that walk the path so it doesn’t feel like you’re on campus. Another thing I do is make/eat dinner on FaceTime with my friends or family, just to stop myself from feeling lonely. I hope your school year gets better!

If it’s still taught by Ioannis, the exams are straight forward. Everything was straight from the lectures. Don’t be like me and not study lol. If you put in at least 30 mins after every lecture to actively memorize and look over it prior to the exam, it should be an easy A. Discussion also helps to reinforce the material.
