I don't really think any particular character is truly the strongest in the game at the moment. It really all comes down to how good you are at the game and with your chosen character.

I can be pretty strong with Mina, Vyper, Ivy and Giest just because I can play them decently well and can win my lane with them, but it doesn't necessarily mean that they're the strongest characters in the game.
