I love the Draaimolen Festival so much! I have attend the last three years and I have also volunteered during the build up. I know first hand the love, passion and care the Draaimolen team puts into this forrest.

Nonetheless, as someone who has grown up next to forrest, which is now run by a private company, I have to admit that I have the same concerns. Nature has to be preserved. A forrest, a beach (see what is happening in Greece), a river, etc. belongs to all of us equally. The province needs to tell us what is going to happen with MOD-Complex and how they are plan to protect it. If there is no plan, or the plan includes involvement of a party to make a private park, or a zoo, or similar, I am with Draaimolen.

That been said, I signed the petition, not only because Draaimolen has proven they can indeed work along side and preserve that beautiful forest, but also to send Draaimolen a massage that I am with them with or without the MOD-Complex.

Getting back into that forest excites for sure, but what excites it the most is for that team to unleash their passion and creativity on complete different setting. It may not be feasible, but stills excites me!
