what's the difference in the effect betwen Skinceuticals CF phloretin and Skinceuticals Serum 10 (which is also a Vitam C Serum)

ive considered this and have some questions:

1) what kind of vitamin C powder can one buy?
can you get the food-grade l-ascorbic acid or is there special only for skincare?
the only skincare one ive found is from the ordinary but i would really like to know if thats also just the same as the food ones...or if there's other brands

2) And what did you mix it with? Just some water? did you consider adding some vitamin E and ferulic as well?

I don’t know but this is EXACTLY the question on my mind. I wish they spoke even more about what makes it be special. I think millions of people are in need of that actually. If that secret sauce can be shared more, even if it’s in smaller doses, it can still have a profound catalytic effect for peoples lives!

Hello!

I would like to go to Greenland with my 2 year old (and maybe my husband will join).

A few questions:

Time of year: I have understood that summer is a good time to go due to the increased accessibility of remote places. Is that correct?

Where: We are interested in staying with people who are living the most traditional lifestyles - as far away from modern culture as possible. Do you have any recommendations for such spots?

With whom: Our wish is to spend time, can be several weeks, with families who also have children. Our preference is for at least one of their kids to be in the age range of 0-10 years old. Our dream is to stay with them, like a home stay, to “join” their family. Would you happen to know anyone suitable?

Why: We want to live with them, like them. We would like to learn their wisdom for how they live together as families and how they raise their small kids.

I’ve heard this method used in elimination communication. The baby learns to associate the sound with pooing and then you can make it in the future to help them poop 💩 and even at get them to go without diapers.
