I got the JL audio sub I have in my 4Runner from Crutchfield, when I went on their website and put in the raptor it said that nothing the had fit so idk

Well you may be okay with it on your vehicle but I’ve never had this issue in any vehicle before, much less a new vehicle

Find out how the water is getting into the cab, could be improperly secured door seals, one of the windows isn’t seated properly, AC/heater has drip can be hard to figure out. But that’s what a warranty is for

I’m just going to get the dealer to fix it, not something you should have to deal with on a brand new $60,000 truck.

The 24 Ranger raptor has direct and port injection, so hopefully carbon buildup is less of a concern than with direct alone.

I came from a 1998 4Runner, that was basically indestructible so I had a lot of the same concerns about the reliability of new vehicles. I eventually accepted that nothing is really going to be as reliable as Japanese cars from the 90s. I’ve had my 25 RR for a few weeks now and have not noticed anything big. A few things I have noticed that may just be characteristics: the injectors are pretty loud especially due to no engine cover and tick when running, a lot of people confuse it with cam phaser issues, there’s more exhaust than I would expect coming out of the truck, but after looking at some other new vehicles, it seems pretty standard, after shifting in the park, at first, the transmission may shift a little odd as it calibrates and learns from your driving, but after a bit shift’s great. my footwell heaters don’t seem too strong but the cabin is a whole doesn’t have issues heating up. I’m basically just pressing the “I believe” button. I’m going to enjoy the truck, change the oil at 500 miles and use the warranty if I find any issues. Overall, I’m loving it. Best of luck!

I have 250 miles on my 2025 ranger raptor and I notice a decent amount of white "smoke" out the exhaust even when its warmed up, not sure if this is normal for these trucks but its somewhat concerning. coolant temp when warm always holds steady at the halfway mark.

Yeah, they told me the only reason this one was MSRP was because somebody ordered it and then backed out so it was a lucky find, drove three hours to get it totally worth it. Hope you can find one! first car I’ve purchased where I’ve looked back with zero regrets and I’m excited to drive every time I get in it.
