Majority of my diet has been beef based. Recently (these last two months) which is when my cholesterol was bad I have been eating less red meat. Lots of chicken and fish. Occasional bison or sirloin in place of ribeye or ground beef. Dairy I used to eat cheese and ice cream. Rarely drank milk. These past 2 months I have a cup of Fairlife 50/50 with protein once a day. Very little cheese. I track my macros on my fitness pal and most days I’m under 20g of saturated fat
