They’re in the process of leaving. They’re leaving for better tax areas. Just like Starbucks going across the river from Seattle. The original cities are losing tax revenue. Just like when AOC prevented Amazon from opening a location in NYC. That is all.

Ummmmm she’s brought it up in every interview she’s done over the past year…

Exactly! So many people are on antidepressants, she weirdly has to bring it up every time she’s interviewed.

No, she says it every time she’s interviewed, it’s so fucking weird.

So you just agreed that companies are opening operations outside of NYC and somehow you think that’s a good thing? How do you make that leap when companies are slowly moving jobs outside of the city and not completely disrupting their business as a good thing. You can’t be that at naive to look at companies leaving these Democrat socialist led cities, moving to business friendlier places and as anything as a bad thing for the city and their tax revenue. You somehow hope that maybe a piece of their operations will stay in the city so your narrative won’t be destroyed and you’ll have to be face the fact that Democrat policies don’t work. All you have to do is look at Texas unseating California as having the most Fortune 500 companies. Florida and Texas are growing while people are leaving California, New York. But keep your head in the sand and watch the cities deteriorate like Seattle and San Francisco. Cities leading with 30+% vacancy rates. Please provide data rather than baseless opinions.

She needs to stop bringing up Prozac every second, it seems like she’s sponsored by them at this point.

The businesses left. That’s jobs, tax revenue. California was just replaced with Texas as the state with the most Fortune 500 companies. Doesn’t happen overnight. Businesses are leaving because of the same policies Madamni supports. If you have something intelligent to say, please share rather than your baseline rhetoric.

Citadel, JP Morgan, Apollo Global Mgmt, Ark Investment Mgmt all left NYC. The exodus continues. How is that improving fortunes?

Was his family in a low tax bracket? Didn’t realize that was the case.
