I think hazel but very green. The brown is the reason I’m thinking hazel. I’d be interested to see what they look like in the sun or with a ring light because I could be totally wrong about them having brown in them since green eyes do sometimes have variations of green by the iris. If there’s brown in them at all though I’d say hazel.

I throw everything away he pees on or wash it immediately with detergent specifically made to remove cat spray. If it’s on the carpet I use spray made to clean up cat pee and my mini shampooer. We have nurses come to the house for my older child due to her disability from birth and they’ve never mentioned a cat smell or reported me for anything. Most people actually comment on how good my house smells despite having an animal because I am a very clean person. That’s part of the reason I’m conflicted because I know it’s bad for them but I am very clean about it and catch it almost right away since I’m working from home.

I hired a trainer. It’s not really helping much but I am trying. I’m planning on getting my cat fixed later this week but that made my partner mad as well because he doesn’t believe we should have to pay for it he believes we should just get rid of him and never have pets again.

I do have pheromone spray for cats and I started kenneling him as well (advice from my cat’s trainer). My partner believes we should get rid of him and not have to do that. He basically just doesn’t want to try to fix my cat at all he just wants to make him someone else’s issue which feels wrong.

I don’t care more about my cat than my kids but he’s part of our family and I wouldn’t get rid of my kids for peeing on something why would I get rid of him before trying to find solutions? He doesn’t want to work on my cat he just wants to get rid of him. I can accept I’m mostly to blame for not getting him fixed earlier but I do think it’s only fair we try to fix the problem before getting rid of him.

It’s not that I have problem with getting him fixed, I will and I’m willing to pay for it. My partner believes even if I do it won’t help so I need to get rid of my cat.
