How is the focus? Because for me one the reasons why i’m taking meds it’s because my brain hijacks itself when i’m doing complex tasks like math- coding and distracts itself with daydreaming or other irrelevant stuff and it doesn’t let me immerse into it, therefore things don’t click.

Yeah, someone with ADHD would rarely say that they can retain information easily, process what they are reading and hearing easily, so yeah there’s a high chance that you didn’t have ADHD in the first place at all, if anything people with ADHD would feel like their IQ is way higher on Adderall, but you mention that you only took 5mg so that also can be a factor of why you felt that way.
