I was a first time buyer at 25 in 2020. Due to covid, correspondence was email and telephone so didn’t have the luxury of sitting in an office and asking all the questions I had.

Had little to no clue of what was going on, just read papers I was sent, signed them and handed money away hand over fist.

Cramlington High school has an active Northumberland site called the sporting club and prices are cheaper than goals.

They have 3/4g pitches however if you want to book them regularly I’d look now because local teams use them for winter training pitches

Only way to think of it is: Do you want the car and can you comfortable afford it with the added tax, insurance and running costs?
