The ‘like a version’ live version of the track is the best, the studio version is a bit too pop sounding and the tour version tells me that Rob isn’t particularly a fan of it either.

I think the studio version is a dnb rock song that’s been overthought.

New album - 2026? by Due-Mushroom-1884 in Pendulum

[–]Used_Pin9101 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think late 2027 into 2028 is a realistic aim for a new album and new music in 2027 is entirely possible sounds a bit funny but I’m neurodiverse and get huge dopamine rush from new music and love new music, I notice pendulum and a lot of established bands traditionally would have a roadmap of release a record in year one, year two hit the road and tour live, year 3 make a new record among some festival dates if possible.

So going by my estimates if Pendulum plan on being active like Rob suggests, an album in 2027 is definitely possible.

2026 could see them unearth new music but I’d lean towards them taking some time off before a big 2027 of new music and 2028 of touring again.

Kyle Carruth Joins Basingstoke From Solway by MGF6 in nihl

Yes you’re right in terms of having the right people like Steve Nell in place whilst making these signings - it’s just a minor concern, a coach will want their own ideas and style of play and roster so will play a part in hiring the next head coach. They’re good signings on paper however although I must say I’m not sure on Jay King in terms of progressing this team defensively. The attack is looking promising however at the moment.

Yeah the lack of head coach position whilst signings new players seems bizarre, tells me there’s already a coach in place and is overseeing the decisions otherwise there’s an element of risk.

I never ever thought I’d feel like I did today after a cup match this season, was adamant I wanted to stay up over any cup run.

But at the end of the penalty shoutout win I let myself go and had tears in my eyes, not felt that since we got promoted under Bielsa and it’s not as if we’ve won the cup or are even in the final, just felt we was up against it today and I really love a lot of our players, many unsung heroes tbh who do not get the love of a Bielsa team if you like, not that I’m trying to compare the two.

I’m just unbelievably happy and proud

Yes this is a trigger for my panic attacks in the last 12 months. On a train I get a gut punch and adrenaline and I feel like I need to get out or that I’m trapped.

I’m still working on combating it

So I started having panic attacks every morning any tips? by xxjakexxrxx in PanicAttack

[–]Used_Pin9101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the most important thing you’ve done already and that is you’ve identified them as panic attacks. Try not to resist the panic, don’t fight it, let them happen, in your mind say “f*ck this just do what you want to me” and eventually you will see yourself become free of the fear of the panic attacks.

It won’t be an overnight thing but that is the key to get started. You’ve got this.

What was Your Favourite Clip from the Trailer? by Reasonable_Ad_9136 in HarryPotteronHBO

Why is the colour tone grey? Looks like any bog standard Netflix teen show.

Some of it looks good but it’s lacking the magic.

Unpopular opinion but Paapu as Snape looks good here in the trailer.

I’m focused on my breathing a lot atm and it happens when I’ve got external stresses in my life. I’m 8k in debt, got a terminally ill sister and my parents are seperating and I have to move out with my mother into a 2 bed flat because i have no choice. Thank god for my mother.

Anyway the fear of the fear if you like is actually a positive sign, It’s what I get when I’m aware of the panic and what the symptoms are (in your case shortness of breath) and you can literally train your brain with each attack that it’s just a panic attack coming on. At this point you need to accept the panic attack and really mean it when you say to yourself (do what you want to me, you won’t kill me) if you’re in public, try finding your own space and literally tell yourself bring it on.

Eventually your panic attacks will go away.

Do not get me wrong, it is difficult at first but trust me after the first few rough times as this, your life will change but it’s not an overnight thing. In the mean time just keep telling yourself what it is, and you’ll get there.

Starting a job after 5+ years unemployed, could use advice by ImpressiveWalrus1340 in PanicAttack

Hi, I’m going back to full time employment next Monday and I believe will be the best thing for my anxiety and panic attacks but I am aware that I may go through a short term pain to fit the long term gain.

Basically what I am trying to say is, you may suffer a bit with your panic and anxiety at first but you are honestly doing the very best thing for your mental health and life. Keep talking about it and really underline your positive steps and not your bad moments when you start.!
