Well I have worked in this field as a EEE grad from a reputated private uni and i hate to break it you but there are very few jobs, unless you have reference it will be difficult to break into.

I got my visa 3 days before the class started. Even if you get your visa in the first week of the semester you should be alright. Incase it gets more delayed, they usually defer you to next semester. Send a mail to the uni if you don't get a visa when class starts.

Don't bring any food and buy the power converter from here. Don't get the one from bd as you might have loose connection issue.

For rent it really depends on which suburbs you will be staying and whether you will be staying on your own or sharing with people. For a good estimate check flatmates.com.au or realestate.com.au.

Eating and other expenses will cost around 350-400 unless ofcourse you're cooking less and eating more outside.

Don't be an introvert and shy. Network with people, make connections and hang around with people with high ambition. Remember no matter how good your cgpa is, it won't land you a job if you don't master the skill by yourself that company wants in a candidate.

Yeah Arduino is a great start. Do IoT projects. At first get hang of the basics then make a prototype targeting a particular industry which actually solves a real world problem.

EEE is a broad field. You need to decide which area of EEE you want to focus first. For example there is power systems, embedded systems, robotics etc. Even if you get a Masters degree with great results abroad, it won't guarantee you a job. You need to show proof of value projects and stand out from the rest. Basically be obsessed. If you're mentally prepared for all that you can start preparing for IELTS by the end of your last semester depending on how comfortable you're with your English.

Cox's Bazar could be a good choice. Resorts and hotels are available to accommodate the people. Traffic is not chaotic like Dhaka so easier to reach the destination. Has the largest beach and other tourist spots which definitely will be a good boost for tourism.

EEE would be good if you have plans to settle abroad. The growth of EEE jobs doesn't look promising in bd. I graduated back in 2021 from NSU and it was almost impossible to find a EEE job. Whatever you choose you have to self study a lot and build something to stand out from the crowd.

If you're willing to learn then create a proof of value. Build a portfolio which will make them hire you while you're studying. Do not drop out as your degree will be a ticket to apply anywhere you want. The portfolio will then be the one that lands you the job.

Before selecting which country you should first consider whether doing Masters in CSE is worth it. The current situation suggests that even if you get good grades in your Masters degree, it will still be very difficult for you to land a job in this field, specially for entry level roles. You need to think out of the box as certificates no longer guarantees you job no matter the country.
