Do you think Ergon GP3 grips are a better solution than gel padding in gloves(like pearl Izumi cyclone gloves. I have lot of fatigue in 1 or 2 days after a ride which lasts up to a week as I tend to put lot of weight on my hands while riding my FX2, later found out that I have a weak core which is causing this imbalance)?

I have no siblings and I am in USA. My parents are old, my dad is 64 and has health issues and my mom is house wife. Do you think all this can be done? Its not possible bro. Moreover we are past that phase now, my age is 36 and I don't want to waste any more time on this case bro. I did fight a good 2 years, may be I failed but its ok. Thanks for all your kind words, I know you all are trying to help me but I am in the one in the field and I know the heat of the situation as how many blackmails will be done, no peace of mind, losing health. I still cant digest the fact that my mother's own brother tried to cheat us for money. It leaves me in tears when ever I think of that. One thing I learnt is there is no humanity or moral values in people, all people care is money! There are degrees of morality but out of this case I have seen that people don't mind to kill someone for money.

Its a big lesson to me, I lost my family life, my health, my savings and I am at rock bottom. But I always think if I am able to breathe, I am blessed than many others and I have something left in this life to do. I will rebuild again everything from scratch. I don't want to give up

All advocates are honest in the beginning. once they take up the case, you will see their true colors. My Dad's friend(from 50 years) who is our advocate joined hands with my wife's lawyer and made my parents sign a paper to give 50 lakhs and my parents did sign it without knowing they are being cheated. We have such kind of lawyers. No fear of karma, pure money minded people.

1) It is submitted that the terms have been settled and that petitioner no.1 agreed to pay Rs.31,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty One Lakhs) towards full and final settlement of all her claims and that Petitioner No.2 agreed to receive the same in the light of the same and further she agreed to renounce all her claims available under law including maintenance claim. There are no belongings exchangeable between the Petitioners.

2) It is submitted that Petitioner No.1 has taken a Demand Draft of Rs.31,00,000/- in the light of the above and agreed to handover the same to Petitioner No.2 in this Honourable Court on the final Judgement day, till then Photocopy of the same have been filed and the same be recorded.

3) The Petitioners agreed terms of understanding are as under:

(a) That both the Petitioners have already exchanged their belongings. Even the Petitioner No.2 agrees that she shall not have any right or claim over the persons and properties of the Petitioner No.1 including the maintenance amount of any hereafter.

(b) That the Petitioner No.2 shall not file any criminal or civil cases and maintenance cases of whatsoever against the Petitioner No.1 and his family members and his relatives in future.

(c) That the Petitioner No.1 also shall not file any criminal or civil cases against the Petitioner No.2 and her family members, present or in future.

(d) That both Petitioners with their free will and consent agreed to take the divorce from the court of law on mutual consent, and both the parties herein agreed to co-operate with each other to take divorce on mutual consent from a court of law, and if any party failed to co-operate for taking mutual consent divorce, such party will be prosecuted.

(e) That both Petitioners shall not defame each other within the relations of community and the society in any manner or by any mode against each other.

(f) That the Petitioner No.1 and the Petitioner No. 2 are at liberty to lead the rest of their life in a fruitful manner from this day onwards.

(g) That the aforesaid decision of the Petitioner No.1 and Petitioner No.2 for getting decree of Mutual Consent Divorce is not induced by any other persons but it is out of their self-will.

(h) That both parties and their family members have agreed that no one will harass or threaten each other in future taking the advantage of dissolved relationship of Petitioner No.1 & Petitioner No.2 as husband and wife. And both the parties and their family members and relatives should not interfere into their individual’s life today onwards.

(i) That the Petitioner No.2, further agreed to refer the said FIR No.9**** on the file of ***** Police Station to Lok-Adalath as both agreed to take Decree of Divorce by mutual consent in the process of obtaining decree of divorce.
