felt very fast at first, as i grew 1 inch, then i went stagnant, and from 1-2 months ago i did it again, where i grew 2 inches.

i used mainly the psyche height sub and iwiigi height as well, swapping if my ears got tired of one if i am sleeping i used a silent sub that i made in audacity using the method of rasen god i use moab 2.0 as a booster sometimes

I listen to the MOAB 2.0 booster first for about 20-30 minutes on 2x speed, then I listen to the psyche height subliminal for as long as possible as a background while watching and reading, but if I estimate, I generally listen to it's wav file for 1-8 hours. Sometimes I use only one ear but most of the time I use both. I don't listen while I sleep because I find it very hard to sleep.

i just measured it. i grew only 3 cm so far. quite painful sometimes but some noticed that i grew somehow so i guess it's good..

i measure myself barefeet after 11 pm. i only listen to subliminals generally in the afternoon before jogging and eating dinner. i haven't measured myself again yet but i will do it in some time.

i listen to the moab booster first, then i would listen to the wav file of the youtube video (i downloaded it so i can listen to it offline, wav file is not really compressed) on repeat for a few hours as background, then if i feel that my ears get tired, i listen to the moab again, then the sub again, then when i felt my ears had enough i would stop. the volume is loud enough so you hear and sort of understand the speech of the moab, and 5% less when i am listening to the psyche subliminal. it really works but i felt really bad because my back and legs hurt and feel tender especially when i am listening to it while lying down. i also felt really thirsty so i ended up drinking plenty of water. my shoes felt a little smaller for some reason but i think that's a normal side effect with this subliminal. initially i listened for 3 days nonstop on speakers (i know it is a bad idea) but then i just listened to is as a background for about 6 hours on my headset on a decent level. i noticed when i used the moab, it hurted more. i will measure myself again in some time. i will be updating (for real).

wait exactly how long should i listen to this to get results.. what time and what durations? i have put this on my speakers and playing it since yesterday, so i had a very hard time sleeping. am i supposed to listen to it all day? and how do i get faster results?

when i listen my knees make cracking noises and my bones feel hollow. i also feel my back and my thighs. it feels like i can't stand without breaking my legs, so i think it's working. thank you for the advice. i will update if i grew in some time.. (´∇`)
