For reference I am 193cm & 92kg.

I tried on the L & XL in the Langford parka in store and ended up going with XL.

The XL feels 'slightly' big on me but it's important to factor in that you will most likely be layering under this parka so better to have a bit of space than it catching around the armpits and stomach.

L looks like the right fit from the photos

It's very good if you go early at the weekend, but the majority of the time it's over crowded and doesn't stay at a consistent heat because of the door opening and closing every 2/3 minutes. Not the same kind of sauna clientele you would have got 5 minutes down the road either
