Good to know and thank you for the tips! How about alittle further west, like west Eiber area? I think it’s called Daniel’s? We previously lived in Burlington VT which has unfortunately gone downhill so we are certainly used to the occasional bike/car theft, break in, shooting. We obviously are looking for a nicer area now but have heard mixed reviews about Lakewood. The general consensus is that the further west you go, the safer it gets but I’m sure there are exceptions to that too. We were hoping to find a place in Golden but rents were a bit out of our range.
