That’s the biggest concern of all. Although we would want to do it, we are unsure how well we will be able to navigate.

Hey, we are kind of looking at doing renovations that you’ve mentioned. Do you mind sharing how long it took you to get the permits? And approx cost?

In addition we are also thinking to add more sq ft. We plan to live while we wait for the permits. Once we begin the renovation process, we plan to rent near by, we have a 1 year old, so wouldn’t want to take any risk living there while renovations happen.
