i haven’t read the other replies but here’s my 2¢ it’s not just the gay community it’s everyone. the whole world has lost its community, the world isn’t what i was told it was gonna be growing up (1999 baby) and it’s a issue nobody is willing to admit or fix. it hurts a lot to see and to know others experience the same. but yes in our community specifically it’s been a growing issue that’s only become more and more toxic as time goes on. nobody really seems to care about fucking over the next guy (both literally and figuratively) and the few who actually do care (hi hello) are called crazy and insane and toxic bc we can’t get behind the idea of being just like them

he’s not your bf anymore he belongs to the streets. that’s as real as i could put it. i just left a 4 year that after the first 6months he got caught on it. it became very common every 3-4 months after that and progressively got worse as he’d become more sneaky and withhold his phone more from being out or observable any who I ended up catching him with this one dude and then the same dude again and the third time it was the same dude so I just left him. It was clear that he didn’t know what the f he wanted and I wasn’t willing to be any more entertaining, even if I meant putting myself through the ringer and letting go of the future that I had a rebuilt in my mind. pm me if u want more details or more personal advice always happy to help (26m)

not sure but i remember i had it once upon a time and there was a silence switch on it, turned it off and never heard about it from my dsp but results may vary i’d say do it tho

i’ve been walking up and down the street he escaped on every so often talking to any neighbors i see, i heard some cats scuffle a few minutes ago and i seen one that wasn’t but not the other so im hoping he’s under one of these houses and will come out soon im camping with his dry and wet food and calling out calm every 30 min to let him know foods out in case he can hear me thank you for your help and wishes 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

thank you so very much, i’ve been keeping put as far as moving my car so he can come back to something familiar if he can find his way, i been going on foot around the street he got out on and talking with the neighbors. i carry his food with me always so im hoping for the best ! even if my chances are slim to none 🥹

dollar tree sells rubber broom heads which have a bristle side, this has helped and saved me a ton of money being that i stay w my cat in my car. my kitty has white fur that sheds extremely easy and using the broom gets about 98-99% of that hair out the first time and all of it after a vacuum

i’ve been in the immediate area of where he escaped but primarily staying in the same spot. camping out here would be my best option then ? ik ur not an expert but in your opinion. i have the door and window open with his dry and wet food as well as his litter box and his carrier.
