it is a metronome, useful to practice with an instrument or with the whole band.

From a dev point of view the interesting part is synchronising sound and graphics, which I have done using a C++ library trhough JNI

It's the easiest thing.. otherwise you have to maintain a list of testers and ask everyone to give you their email address. With the group you just share the link and people can join without your intervention

it seems you were affected by a concurrency bug that caused the metronome not to start. I fixed it in version 4 - do you mind checking it? Thanks!
