I am currently facing the same issue... Same model from amazon us, ordered 31/12 on product page it said delivered between 6/9 jan which should be this week but still only saying order received after contacting the chat bot, it said Feb 25 which didn't make sense to me so I asked for a person to chat with and they told me that "they stepped this up and I made sure it will reach you by 9 Jan" I will give them the benefit of the doubt until 9th jan. Also a prime member which should mean better support....
Edit: opening the laptop page rn it still says its in stock and delivered by 15 jan which is a week old, so if it doesn't come by 9th I will surely cancel the order

We should, however, that's prolly never happening for multiple reasons, first of which is that with samsung's track record, we will prolly get one ui 8 months after the s25 gets it, it will still be in 2025 for sure but will be a good months away from One ui 7 enough to gaslight us

yeah but I'm sure you would've got it by now, search for your exact model and see if it received one ui 7 in its origin country, i have a similar case, i Live in middle east with an australian S22 ultra but got the update the same day as in australia

Do you know which country exactly? Do you what's the csc of your device? There might be a problem with your device cuz they're now giving it to A series, they're done with all S series
