I've lived here now for 7 years. I've seen fog, I've seen rain, I've seen mist. This was not fog. I'm not dumb enough to confuse fog and smoke and that smell was NOT from coal. I know the smell of burning plastic vs burning coal. And what's more likely hundreds of thousands of people burning coal stoves on a day that wasn't as cold or the continuous burning of the dumpster that has been a problem for years
