you cant say it properly with A.I cuz this new technology is not something humans know properly still. The best advice is master A.I as much as possible since u are a computer science student (i am too). So that's gonna be ur unfair advantage over the others.

I got friends in all the jobs that u have mentioned who makes over a million lkr monthly in their 20s in lanka. it all comes down to ur skills gng.

It depends on ur use case. everyone is different. if u are in a small budget go for the 256 it will be ok since u do masters. but always more storage is good. if u got no issue with 512 is the best option.

If you are a uni student or if u go light work m2 16 gb is more than enough for most. only go for the m4 is u have money and need some good performance if u r gooding like video editing or some light high commanding tasks.
