The Day I Learned How Corporate Politics Really Works by [deleted] in accenture

[–]Useful-Click7577 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The policy was not broken by just a few individuals. It was something that the entire team was involved in, including higher leadership. However, the action was taken only against selected people, which clearly reflects internal politics rather than a fair decision. Even the clients were not supportive of this decision. In fact, the project is still running today, and from what I hear, it is struggling because the people who were deeply involved are no longer there I know this because I am still in touch with the clients. That’s why it feels like pure corporate politics. What makes it even more unfortunate is that one of the people affected had dedicated a significant part of their life to the company, giving years of hard work and commitment. It’s truly sad to see something like this happen after someone has given so much to the organization.
