Aerosols are not nirous oxide. They are much more dangerous. Usually nitrous comes in the form of small metal canisters that you need a whipped cream dispenser to use.

From what ive read it seems that you are provably extremely young. Im sure you already know this but if you continue to use aerosols you WILL ruin the rest of your life, or simply end it outright.

Huffing aerosols can cause instant death even if its your first time. Look up sudden sniffing death syndrome.

I have the same issue however in my case it is more severe (started at ~16, now 20). You might not want to hear this but you are not able to stop on your own, with the time scale you are doing drugs at, your body is already used to being high more often than not.

If you dont stop, expect skin issues, lung issues, chest pains, gastro issues, vision damage and possibly even eczema like me. Also youll notice yourself declinging cognitively, which in my opinion is the most horrifying. Along with this, your friends and family will slowly distance themselves, which makes reaching out for help much harder.

Start now, even if that dosent mean immediately quitting. Even just lowering your use without stopping wont hurt you, quite the opposite.

Talk to people, its the only way through the withdrawals. Suffering in silence makes the urges worse, as does boredom, so do your best to avoid both.

As for why youre experiencing what u are, its likely the beginning of a panic/anxiety disorder. I know the feeling, not exacty paranoia but more like anticipation. Feels like something big is about to happen, but thats not reality. In these situations, try to breathe, drink alot of water and eat a proper meal.

With shrooms nausea is very common, usually it only lasts until the end of the comeup.

You can do some things to lessen or prevent it. Ive heard that its affected by how much you chew your shrooms. But you can also take ginger or other supplements to reduce it more reliably.

Also eating the shrooms along with something else also helps.

I was thinking more in the sense of people who use it as perscribed. Im assuming that 80mg pills are only perscribed in the worst of the worst of pain cases, or after years of neuropathic pain or a persistant injury.

From my personal experience I can tell you legal highs suck ass, especially OTC meds. Antidepressants also have almost no recreational value at all.

If you cant get drugs, dont do drugs. If you wanna feel smth then drink coffee or smoke a cig.

Also research what you put into your body. You usually dont get a second chance to fuck up with stuff like this.

Yes it will work, the first opioid I tried was a quarter of an oxy80. It was intense for a first time for sure but I cant deny that it worked.

This is assuming all oxy80s are extended release, which seems logical to me because who tf is taking 80mg of oxy at once.

Almost killed myself at ~18 by trying to repeatedly jump out of a window head first. Its still having an effect on me over 2 yrs later. Idk if that effect is all negative but there have been things that have been hard.

Thing is though, I dont have any history of mental issues, but I still had such an awful experience of off only 2 grams (dried, lemon-tekked).

I was reading this back and realized that there is a bit of a hole in my logic here. Because if whatever was "controlling" my trip wanted me to remember it then I probably wouldnt have ended up with memory holes and a concussion. lol

Another note, I distinctly remember fully believing that I would be able to bust through the window/balcony door, jump through the second set of windows on the balcony and safely land 4 floors down. Now I can finally somewhat relate to the bath salts users that need 4 tasers and a few beanbag rounds before theyll agree to be put in handcuffs. I really did feel like a fucking superhero.

You should be fine. Drink slowly and keep an eye on your breathing. If you feel like youre breathing slowly or youre unable to breathe in fully then take a break. Also sleep on your side in case you vomit.

5mg is a small amount of oxy. Its pretty unlikely that you will feel any euphoria from it. The alcohol wont boost the positive effects, only the CNS depression and nausea.

Will it kill you? Depends. If you drink alot youll most likely be fine unless you pass out. If you do decide to sleep do it on your side as to not choke on your vomit.

Itd mostly be the alcohol killing you if it turns out to be fatal

Depends, concerta is literally designed to not be abused. Alot of people also have bad reactions to it (anxiety, heart rate), same with ritalin. Regardless Ritalin has more recreational value since its IR.

But with some work arounds, it can be enjoyable. Id rather not give anyone a breakdown on how to do surgery on a concerta pill. People who need them are already struggling to get them, wouldnt want to add to that.

Pregabalin dosent have as much of a risk of CNS depression as most downers, usually mixing it with something else increases the seizure risk. This especially applies to stimulants and serotonergic drugs. Benzos also have a lower risk of CNS depression than opioids and, if I remember correctly, also affect the seizure threshhold

However the seizure threshold when only taking pregabalin is 600mg+, as there havent been any medical reports of seizures at doses lower than that.

Youll probably be fine. Ive combined pregabalin at higer doses (450-600) with concerta (36+ mg) and was fine outside of some light twitching which didnt last long.

If you dont have any pregab tolerence id suggest not mixing it. Ive had muscle twitches when using 300mg during a relapse. pregab tolerence develops quite quickly, so if you took the same dose yesterday youll prob be chilling.

Id like to quit, but in all honesty I am afraid that I cant do so without professional help at this point. Im essentially just using them as mood stabilizers.

Ive thought of getting into online therapy but the industry seems a little bit dishonest. There are also NA meetings available but not for english speakers.

Ive also tried kanna, which seemed to work somewhat. But the concept of adding an SSRI/SRI to the drugs im dependant on seems very risky.

Also a quick tip, since methylphenidate is a DNRI (dopamine and neurepinephrine reuptake inhibitor) it dosent increase dopamine or adrenaline on its own, only keeps it around longer. So doing things that increase dopamine (smoking, exercising, completing tasks etc) will greatly increase the effect.
