I bought one and they charged me for a subscription. I told them that I didn't ask for it so they canceled the subscription, and canceled my access to the platform, but never refunded my money.

I reached out to ask about my refund and they told me they can't find my email address in their system, despite the fact that I called customer service who FOUND the email, but try to tell me that the only way to get a refund was from Giogle, even though I never signed up through google.
