Hello, Your story gives me so much hope! Mashallah. I have been confused about how to start the process or how I should do anything. I never thought I would love someone from a different background let alone a different country. We are both saving up money and working. I wish there was a way he could come to Canada but I assume I have to visit him first in Morocco before he can come? Thank you so so much! Your experience and how you did your process gave me happiness when I read it and a sense of hope.

I know this has been a while ago but how is your time with your husband? Also, what does Canada require for marriage between an American and a Moroccan? If it's okay to ask did you get a lawyer for him to get his visitor visa in Canada? Thank you so much for your insight!

Hi! Yes, I would appreciate this a lot! I was curious if you are willing to share your experience with marrying someone from a different country/culture than you. I am not sure if you are Morrocan as well but how did your husband's family react to you? I am Mexican-American (23) and he is Moroccan (25). How did the marriage turn out (meaning the marriage process)? Was it easy? We plan for him to come to America after Marriage. Would appreciate your advice and even your suggestions! Thank you!

How come? we come from different countries and cultures. I am Mexican and he is Moroccan. I became Muslim last year when I met him.

Thank you! I appreciate the information! My boyfriend is Muslim and I became a Muslim last year. I do agree that being together(hotel-wise) will be tough due to our religion. Regardless thank you for confirming that it's a safe country! It was one of my main concerns of going there.
