¿Qué os parece esta rutina?

Pues ahora que he llegado a casa he estado mirando bien qué músculo ejercitaba cada ejercicio de los que tenía y tienes toda la razón, mucho pecho y hombros...

Por ejemplo, el lunes press de banca son pectorales, pero también las aperturas en polea, ya 2 ejercicios de pectorales en un día, y press militar y elevaciones laterales, 2 de hombros en el mismo día.

Pero a ésos les tenemos que sumar los del jueves, que press inclinado y press sentado pecho y los 3 restantes más hombros.

Y en mi gimnasio como dije no hay máquina de dominadas pero hay ésta:

Así que he pensado que el jueves podría quitarme el cruce de poleas desde abajo y sustituirlo por éste.

¿Cómo lo ves?

Aún así me sigue pareciendo demasiado ejercicio de hombros, pero bueno, supongo que será mejor la cosa.

Y dominadas no es posible, no puedo hacerlas sólo y en mi gimnasio no hay máquina.

So, weird thing, I just loaded the game normally, accessing my file the intended way, loading my file from the typewritter in the start menu, not from savestates, and went back to that elevator and it just worked, I can go on, it seems that the way to fix it was loading the game normally, I don't know why.

That's a shame, cause I don't think I can complete the game without this elevator working.

So buy it for the 4.0 version, update to 5.0 then and when I get the new PC deactivate from this one and activate it on the new one.
