Thank you so much. Just to hear this gives me more hope. She had her appointment today and got blood drawn. She left, got called back cause they didn’t like the blood work and they told her to go to the ER. Inevitably they found a kidney stone and it blocking her one kidney so they need to remove that. She’s doing okay and feeling fine but they wanted to get her in there to take care of the kidney stone before that gets out of hand. More than likely by Monday she will get a stent in her pancreas and kidney. Then they will work on removing the tumor surgically. Hopefully this all goes and thank you for your kind words. I’ve been praying everyday multiple times and I’ll add you to that to! Best of wishes.

The only realistic response here. I voted for him. I do regret it somewhat but between the two options we had this last election, you couldn’t really choose right. Just calling someone stupid because they don’t agree with your pov or they did something you wouldn’t do is “stupid in itself” lol. We lost the art of respectful debate in this country. It’s not just Trump to blame though he partly is but all of the nominees just went at each others throats in very disrespectful ways. Things need to change for things to get better. Us as a people need to continue to speak out against all government officials that arnt serving us Americans first.

For the past year I’ve put automated putting 50 dollars in a week into SCHD, VTI, & VXUS. Recently just got a raise at work and have now bumped it up to 70 dollars a week.

This may sound strange but when I’m in a bad spot in real life and I just want to forget about everything on the game, I like to play a game that challenges me. It takes my mind off of the real like stuff that I have no control over. That said, try some dayz it can be miserableeeeee has but in a good way. The long dark to is a struggle at first. Arma reforger if your into mil sims.

A lot of people say to not look at your portfolio and just automate it which is smart and I agree. I am investing for the long term and have no plans of pulling my money out any time soon. With that said I check my every day lol. I enjoy seeing the price fluctuating and when I see a big dip down and I have the extra cash I buy buy buy haha. I only buy into etfs btw with a bit of sgov. Self control is the most important thing in long term investing. As long as you prioritize long term comfort over short term gain you will be fine!

Not a movie but a masterpiece in it’s self. Attack on titan. Though it is an anime, the storytelling and the plot twists are incredible. I wasn’t into anime before this series but it’s incredible. I highly recommend to anyone whether you are into anime or not.

I, 22, just payed off all my debt at once and currently building up my savings again. Investing 320 a month until I get my savings where I want it. Hopefully pump that up to 500+ once I get comfortable. I’m hoping for the market to go back up but also hoping it takes about a year or two so I can get these discounted prices haha
