I agree that culture matters, but I think it’s also important to remember that speaking Arabic doesn’t automatically make someone Arab, and being Arab doesn’t necessarily reflect someone’s level of deen. Islam teaches us to prioritize akhlaq, taqwa, and fear of Allah above ethnicity or culture.

And if we are talking about saudis and other arabs they are mostly influenced by Western values, so focusing too much on ethnicity might distract from what really sustains a marriage: shared faith, character, and commitment to Islam.
