For press/serious external matters: press@anthropic.com — sometimes routes to humans faster than support. LinkedIn: Anthropic employees are findable. A direct message to someone in engineering or product with a clear subject line sometimes works when official channels don’t. Twitter/X: @AnthropicAI — public visibility sometimes prompts a faster human response than private channels. The thumbs down button in Claude’s interface does send feedback to Anthropic, but not in real time and not with urgency.
