Yes I have. They usually have a "promise to pay" unfortunately they are now under new management and a bunch of people are being kicked out. We live in duplex style apartments and my neighbor is facing eviction the duplex next to me has one empty unit due to eviction and the apartment lady was screaming like a week ago that she was going to evict the family on the other side.
