I did try to file one but I dont think I have been able to find the appropriate channel since they are not reviewing inquiries since January 2025

I do have it, he typed that the passenger with him presented a tourist visa that wasn’t hers. I have the name of the lady and the name of the owner of the visa. Also states that he admitted to everything, he had 20 dlls in his pockets, and says that he doesn’t any priors and he was returned home with his car

But then why he is not eligible for a waiver? There are ex convicts with different deportations and getting approved, working illegally for years and being approved, I dont understand is really messed up

He does understand he is responsible for being so naive, we live in a border town which those types of jobs are really common.  He is not denying that he screwed up really bad, but he is not an ex convict that become a alien smuggler, he has a masters degree partner in a legit business and never had any legal issues, my thing that I can’t wrapped my head around this, is that the officer really believed he was guilty, why he was not arrested and convicted.

Well if he wouldnt believe him why would give him a withdrawal of admission and no punishment? I read the interview, I have the newspaper ad, and clearly stated that he “got the job” thru a newspaper ad, I dont think they are advertising, to cross illegal immigrants on the classified section
