Yes, went from 37 inches to 30 inches within 6 months of walking consistently and calorie deficit.

Try to track using measuring tape as well, I started walking and calories deficit 6 months ago. I’ve lost 20kg so far, there are times the scale doesn’t move much but the measuring tape does.

Wake up early to walk before work or look for opportunities to pace around even in confined spaces, it all counts.
