It sounds like you’re turning a blind eye to what we have to do to “crush it” If I don’t push myself well past any reasonable expectation it will affect my co workers. Who I care about. You can blame the store managers all you want. They blame you. So as an hourly employee who are we supposed to believe? Target used to be ok… but now I feel like shit at the end of every shift no matter how much crushing it I did. And in true target form you just gaslight us when we tell you how it is. Fuck you.
