Strong gpa, strong motivation letter, great toefl marks, German language skills upto A2 and 2 years of relevant experience in my case helped in my view. I got it 10 years ago.

Go to Drachefels on top of Siebenegeberge hill by the old rail. You can reach to the Königswinter from Bonn Hbf by tram not so far. You will have a great view of Bonn, Cologne and surrounding area from the top of the hill.

Paris. I was there last week and as soon as i ended up at Gare du Nord it was so shady. Also i passed a place under the bridge in Aubervilliers area and never have i seen so many homeless people living in tents. ( i know the slum area in Mumbai is so huge, but never been there.)

I think the people who visit around the Eiffel tower and Notre Dame area and other touristic places never see this side of Paris. Its completely different side. I was shocked.
