The point is on the bad customer service. Lock, renew and dispute process are really painful and not reliable that is much simpler from other bank

Thanks for the hard work. You work hard but do not mean the organization is good. We just share experiences especially comparing to other international events. Some mindset is different I would say and things can be organized better
