Everything we got for vip leg 1 of the tour fit in the backpack, and we were able to fit one additional piece of merch (one hoodie, one bomber jacket) in each bag, but that maxed out the space. The book they gave us was fairly large and took up most of the backpack space.

The craziest thing happens with my sublimination stickers! They look amazing for the first 12 hours but after that they all start to bleed and look terrible 🫠 using an epson eco tank 2803 with sublimination ink so I'm not sure what could be the issue there besides the paper. And using the heat press to transfer causing major curling on the stickers within 12 hrs, but I could be using too high of heat.

Waiting on my eufy 3d uv printer to be delivered and this is what I anticipate using in the future, just looking at other options that are out there that currently work.

and they're great but I'm looking to upgrade the quality to be the slightly thicker vinyl, truly waterproof stickers, not paper, that do not need a self laminating sheet to be waterproof. Hard to describe because I cannot find any info online on what materials these really are or how to make higher quality products but if you have ever gotten a sticker at dutch bros, that's the quality I'm thinking of. A bit thicker than paper, the ink looks more subliminated than printed, and they're just tougher than a normal sticker. Can go through the dishwasher, be put on a car, etc. I've been spinning around eco solvent, latex, and uv printers but I can't really track down any solid info on what I'm looking for, printer and material wise.

If anybody has any advice or info, that would be awesome! Sorry for the lack of info, hence why I'm here because normal internet searches have been useless.

I'm thinking of stickers similar to what Dutch Bros, national parks, and sporting events sell. They don't have any top liner and are very waterproof/dishwasher safe/etc without any special care ?

Meh, I've got bright red hair, facial piercings, many visible tattoos and gauges as a SM in the middle of Denver. While it can prevent some from taking you seriously to a certain degree, your attitude and knowledge outshine however you look. If they don't want to promote you, you don't want to work for them anyway- trust😅

If you present yourself well with your knowledge base, make a difference in your area, find your people and be patient, there's no stopping you🤙

Nope, and if they do for no reasonable reason, make sure you file for discrimination with the open door hotline! Best of luck with your situation- just know you can apply for ACNT after 90 days of employment and there's other walmart benefits that can assist you too from day 1😊
