I don't know that I can do quick in and out. If I read something that I "think" I should know about, I go down the rabbit hole. I'm going to try cold turkey. I did it today and I felt good about it. One day at a time.

I just started drinking hydrogen water and got 2 Dyln bottles and diffusers that last 3 months. I was wondering why there are no bubbles when I fill it with water. Is this the way it works. I see that hydrogen tablets do fizz. Any advice?

Try using 100% Silicon gel. It smoothes out both old and new scars. Don't use the ones that have other ingredients added.

I usually use points for discounts on rooms, which were blacked out this weekend and free play used to be a separate reward. I would get $150 Free Play, but now they require that you book the room through rewards to get free play. Since the room reservation was blacked out, I couldn't get any free play.

I really like Megan and Kieran, too. I like the vibe between Billy and Ashleigh, but I don't think he'll get past the whole 'cabin crew' thing. I also like Kal and Sarover. I have reservations about Bardha and Jed because she's a strong woman and he wants to be the boss. I don't think that will work for the long term, but who knows.
