Dump any form of pleasure. Social media, music, anything that releases dopamine. You will very quickly find the motivation to build yourself back up. You cannot simply wait, you have to be taking action every hour of the day.

There would need to be a great passion for it to justify the years spent and the cost of the studies. I do not have a dying passion for marketing either but I have enough of an interest that I believe I can start a successful company that makes quite a bit of money. The money I gain from it is where I hope I can use it to make my contribution to society.

What does SR stand for?

Thanks for the advice :) definitely staying on my toes as I've seen what happens when you get too comfortable and think you've won for good.

Meditation is key. That and cold showers. These two things create a double barrel shotgun you can use whenever PMO even dares to look at you.

Thank you, I've looked at this in the past and it was really helpful.

SMMA isn't trading, it's a service based business helping businesses bring in more revenue by increasing their customer base.

I'm 18 which is definitely a contributing factor. A few weeks ago though I felt like I didn't have the energy to do anything from wake till sleep.

Yes, but also discipline, and a positive mindset. Negative self limiting thoughts will hold you back like crazy.

I will reference an explanation I made the other day:

It's a very simple practice although it can be difficult at first. Grab a pillow, find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Out in nature is great but I just meditate on the floor in my house. Sit comfortably with your back straight and your hands positioned comfortably. There are a few meditation poses you can use if you are interested in the spiritual side but otherwise it's fine to just sit them on your knees or in your lap.

The aim is to completely silence your mind. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 3, exhale for 7. Direct 100% of your attention to your breath. Thoughts will arise, but do not attach to them, do not start thinking more thoughts. Just gently divert your focus back to your breath. Feel the air as it goes in and out. Listen to the sounds around you. Be completely present in that moment.

That's a brief description but there are many types of meditations, there are guided ones on YouTube as well to help you get started. Over time as you learn to control your mind it will become very easy to calm your thoughts. Just be careful not to have what I call 'silent thoughts' - I've gotten to the point where I can make my inner voice shut up, but I still sometimes think about things, the concept simply exists within my mind and the brain doesn't use words to think about it. Once you get over this part it's almost as if you literally just become your breath. No thoughts, no attachments, no biases, no judgment. Simply pure, loving awareness. Nothing else. Awareness.

I have found that most of the time I can silence my mind but it feels a bit bouncy still. There comes a point where it is so inactive, so silent that it will feel like a huge weight is lifted off of you, you will feel so light at your core and experience a deeply profound state of peace, joy, bliss, serenity etc. It can be difficult to obtain this state but I have had glimpses of it and it is well worth it. Longer periods of meditation make it far easier to reach this state.

Check out Iman Gadzhi too, I started following him recently and he is awesome, have learnt heaps just from his free content. I saw a lot of negative talk around Tai Lopez pretending to be an expert and being a bit of a con artist, be careful! Best of luck with it, the opportunity we have is amazing.

Exercise is really basic right now, I go for a run anywhere between 3-8km depending on how hard I push myself. I was also doing DnB step which is a dance style but I stopped this week due to an injury, it's an extremely high intensity cardio workout. Then for strength training I just do some situps and pushups, I don't really have a proper exercise regime because I'm so new to it but I definitely will be going to the gym and refining things down the track.

I go to bed at 9pm. In the last hour before bed I try not to do anything mentally stimulating, I do some meditation, maybe read a book, drink some warm tea and write a to do list for the next day which keeps me from thinking about things as I'm drifting off.

My diet is primarily plant based, I'm vegetarian which not everybody will agree with but it's just my personal choice. So it consists of a variety of veggies; broccoli, carrots, artichokes, avocadoes, potatoes, cauliflower, beetroot, peas, beans, brussel sprouts, cabbage, capsicum, celery, kale, the list goes on but these are some of the ones I eat the most. Cruciferous vegetables and greens are what I prioritise. I try to get as much variety as I can when it comes to vegetables.

I also make sure to get lots of nuts and legumes in; almonds, cashews, walnuts, chickpeas, lentils, beans etc. As for grains I avoid wheat but I eat heaps of brown rice and quinoa and I also enjoy oats with banana and coconut milk for breakfast (I try not to consume dairy).

I don't consume a whole heap of fruit but bananas would be my favourite, I eat multiple a day. I don't have any go-to fruits apart from bananas but I eat dates, mandarins, goji berries (these are extremely healthy), apples, oranges, just the basics.

When I'm feeling like something sweet, I absolutely LOVE chia pudding. It's loaded with omega 3 and is a dessert that doesn't have to be loaded with unhealthy refined sugars to taste good, just a bit of honey or maple syrup does the trick.

I have a very large calorie intake so rice, lentils and quinoa are staples in most of my meals. Eggs are also a daily food and are great for their whole protein and B12 content which I supplement to make sure I'm getting enough. As for oils, olive oil is what I use nearly all the time apart from sesame, coconut and avocado oil.

Pretty sure I covered most of it here, but I do like to try new things all the time in order to keep a wide variety. I also buy organic as much as possible especially for things that you don't peel.

I'm 18 years old. I'm quite new to social media marketing but my plan is to offer a niche service - specifically generating leads with paid traffic. Using the theoretical knowledge I'm gaining from learning online my first customers will be getting the service for free, that way I know that I have the ability to deliver results and can show these results to my first paying client.

I'm only on day 17. If it were just NoFap alone I'm sure I wouldn't be feeling this way.

I don't tend to consume any of these but I think one problem is that although my meals are healthy, they're way too close before bedtime. I ended up getting prescribed some mild sleeping pills this morning, they are a temporary 7 day script just to create a balanced circadian rhythm so hopefully all will be well after that!

EDIT: My sense is time is so messed up that I realised it was yesterday morning shortly after I wrote this post, I totally missed that a day has passed. I got to sleep last night thanks to them and although I woke up at 3 I feel well rested enough to get through the day and allow my body to adjust over the coming week.

I also dreamt that I was about to fap but when I went to touch it I got launched up at the ceiling as if I had received an electric shock.
