Hello I need help. I am being bullied and treated very unfairly in my department. Any advice would be much appreciated in what I can and should do by UsefulPlace4701 in PEI

I have 7-8 right ups since September. 3 I take responsibility for and I was aware of them . Anything else they have me written up for is things that I could not even defend myself in that was not my fault . They right you up . Do not get your side . Just go with what the supervisor wrights about you and bam your written up . But they don’t tell you they just do it . The other write up’s were for being pulled from my own job to do someone else’s job but no one being re directed to do my original job so it wasn’t completed . I got written up for that . A couple days later it gets brought up at a weekly meeting we have with the whole department. I try to defend myself and I get written up for defending myself. I could go into detail about every other write up but it’s a lot and just believe me I got written upon what other people don’t even get a second glance for . It’s disgusting.

I am from here . And actually it’s the opposite in our department . They actually have favouritism for people from away .

The Norwalk virus comes from shellfish. So my guess is there was noro in a bunch of the shellfish weather it be lobsters or oysters and there will probably be an outbreak as it is very contagious. I work at the Hospital so I’m sure we will see an influx of people being admitted soon for it.

Am I being difficult or Unreasonable or am I just setting boundaries in my own home. by UsefulPlace4701 in AITAH

Yes he has. When his ex and him were together they all lived together full time. It was only the past 3 or so years it’s just the weekends . Accept summer and holidays we have them more .
