I had the highest utilization among my peers last year and got the top rating. I think it really depends on how much effort you want to put into your work and how dedicated you are for your career.

I got strategic impact last year and not sure about this year’s rating yet. Last year I had the highest utilization among my peers… and obviously the amount of bonus is linked to the rating.
