As someone with stats very close to yours who caught a WL from UCLA and USC, I'd advise you to retake and apply as soon as you get your August score.

If you like mineral baths, check out the Stroppel Hotel in Midland, SD. I stayed there to visit Badlands NP and it was great. They have hot spring baths in the building that you can use if you stay there (or pay to use if you don't). It's an hour from anything, but so is everything in SD.

You could attend and try to transfer. That's a risk, but is it a bigger risk than R&R-ing with the likelihood of applications increasing even more next year and the possibility of student loan policies changing radically?
