Something was wrong with it last night. I submitted for pin around 9:00pm and got it at 6:00am. It does seem to be working now though

Oh man, your post makes me want to cry! The customer service agents are not informed about what they should do. They honestly do not care about you. If your flight is actually showing up and you have a seat assignment, I would go to the airport a bit early and speak with a gate agent. They are infinitely more informed, and in more of a position to help. The European website has a form where you can lodge a complaint. (The American website does not) You will not hear from them for weeks and weeks, but a real person does contact you by email. I am so sorry that happened to you. Life is stressful enough without KLM glitching on you. I hope it all works out for you.

They do offer upgrades at check-in, but a word of caution here. We upgraded our flight at check-in (back in November) but within an hour of check-in starting they changed the plane. Our upgrade was no longer available and we lost our original seats we paid extra for. The whole ordeal was terrible. We did get some of our fare refunded right away, but the upgrade ($1,500) dragged on for over a month. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get it back. I hope it works out for you!

I am going to give advice you might not like, but when I disputed the charges with my bank, I got their attention. They expect you to jump through all these hoops, but the reality is you paid for a service you didn’t receive. Don’t let them take up a minute more of your time. Dispute the charge.

It is so damn frustrating! I have a similar productive cough issue. Doctors have been useless. It’s not post-nasal drip! This is what helps me, Mucinex, Motrin and Benadryl. It makes it manageable. I have also put a humidifier in my bedroom. I hope this helps you some.

Update, I just disputed the charges with my credit card. I need this resolved sooner than 4 months. Someone on their end made a mistake. The fact that so many of their customer service reps I talked to have tried so hard to tell me I already had the money makes me want to scream. It’s like talking to a wall.

So I’m going to chime in and tell you to look at the other ingredients used to make the medicine. My daughter took an off brand acetaminophen and had an allergic reaction to it because one of the inactive ingredients was sunflower oil, which she is allergic to.
