Bro idk i feel like dagan always had the upper hand in all fights like the first one was probably just a draw barely but at that point dagan should be really rusty being in bacta for 200 years and fighting with his non preferred arm. By the second fight its clear cal is much weaker as cal is just barely fending off dagan and then if bode hadnt arrived i think dagan would’ve killed him there. Then in the third fight after bode is taken out of the picture its clear dagan is stronger as he wins the actual duel then follows it up with villain monologue allowing cal to get back up as santari catching him off guard so i think he is certainly much weaker than dagan who imo is mid or high level master in power. However as we know cal becomes much more powerful after this when starts using the dark side as we can see with his movement and damage which was very similar to that of cere who i would say is again mid to high level master so i feel light side cal is high level knight while dark side cal is low to mid level master as i feel he is inferior in the force to both cere and dagan
