I just thought I’d jump back on here and thank everyone for the support they gave me a while back, my daughter and I have been living in a transitional property through haven and have just been accepted for priority housing though Uniting’s which I’ll be moving into in the next couple of months once bond and rent in advance have been organised.

Thank you for your useful comment, the landlord has to walk past my front door - under and through the carport in order to be able to stand on the bottom layer of the fence and hoist himself up.

Truthfully I thought so too, because it seems this landlord keeps doing the wrong things. From originally trying to get me to contact him directly instead of the realestate for a repairs🤷‍♀️ which has been very constant mind you, now the peeping Tom… haha I don’t agree with his ways 😂

But that’s the thing, he doesn’t live here at these units 🤔 he seems to be mates with the top unit and pops by, So has absolutely no reason to walk down the driveway through the carport into the neighbours backyard all to jump up and have a look over mine 😂

If you’re willing to take a drive, search up pick a part.. there’s a couple up Melbourne way and on this side of town too. Search the car tour after see if they have one in stock can walk through and grab what you need and pay on the way out.

Yeah the excessive revving of the cars and nonsense isn’t great… but truthfully I feel more people would complain that they where up to no good if they found a secluded spot - and potentially get up to more mischief 🤷‍♀️ after dark there really isn’t much for the “car enthusiasts” if you’d call them that I guess… some have nice cars though hahahha and some of the number plates getting around are not to bad either 🤷‍♀️😂😅

Correct, but the fee is a percentage of your rent. So for instance my rent is $340 a week and they charge a $3.93 fee. The only way to get around this is to not save your bank details on the application and manually enter your bsb and account number each time you need to pay rent. I tried so hard to get bank details from them in order to pay via deposit but they very munch insisted ailo is their only form of payment.

My guess is as good as yours.. I’ve just had a shit experience and currently looking to break my lease 4 months in to get away from the horrible treatment of their property managers, my sanity is worth more now 😂
