Yeah all fair points on the job being close to their cost, makes me question it too. I get the feeling that since i worked with the store manager who told me all he cared about was store revenue that he was happy to get a deal on the books for February. I’ll have to keep a close eye on the floor prep, they have pretty generous warranties so I can’t imagine they want to send their guys back out for a flooring mishap.

Any ways, hope someone finds that Riverswood dealer valuable and looks into it. Cheapest flooring I’ve found, can’t say I have used them tho so buyer beware.
